About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support U.S. employees and oversee core HR operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers
- Coordinate payroll and benefits administration with the PEO and external providers
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HRIS administration
- Coordinate U.S. immigration and visa matters with external immigration counsel
- Advise employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, and day-to-day people matters
- Support employee engagement initiatives and continuous improvement of HR practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally supporting U.S. employees
- Experience with payroll, benefits, and HR administration
- Experience coordinating U.S. immigration and visa matters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with genuine care for employees
- Proactive, hands-on, and highly organized
