About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure and administer the SuccessFactors Learning module
- Gather requirements and design solutions for clients
- Manage training programs, curricula, certifications, catalogs, and assignments
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution
- Support integrations with other SuccessFactors modules and external systems
- Execute testing, documentation, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities
- Work directly with clients, leading workshops and meetings
- Support clients with training, learning, and compliance management—from requirements gathering through configuration, implementation, and post-go-live support
- Work on implementations, enhancements, and application maintenance and support (AMS)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)
- Advanced functional knowledge of module configurations and processes
- Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, and providing support
- Ability to work independently and resolve complex problems
- Experience with testing, documentation, and client relationship management
- Consultative, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset
- English proficiency for international projects
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification is a plus
- Experience with end-to-end LMS implementations is a plus
- Knowledge of integrations, including Integration Center and APIs, is a plus
- Knowledge of Employee Central, Talent, and IAS/IPS is a plus
- Mid-level or senior professional with a consultative, hands-on approach, capable of connecting business needs with technical solutions, proposing improvements, challenging requirements, and independently managing client requests
