About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and develop integrations in SAP Integration Suite, including error handling, logging, reprocessing, persistence, and security.
  • Lead the technical analysis of integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP solutions, and third-party systems, defining communication standards and protocols.
  • Prepare technical specifications and effort estimates.
  • Establish and evolve governance standards, including naming conventions, versioning, value mapping, reusable iFlows, and content transport.
  • Troubleshoot complex incidents in production environments.
  • Support the definition of scalable and secure integration architectures.
  • Review the technical work of junior and mid-level professionals and support their development.
  • Lead end-to-end scenarios involving SAP SuccessFactors, SAP solutions, legacy systems, and third-party platforms.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • More than 6 years of experience with integrations, including at least 3 years with SAP Integration Suite.
  • Advanced knowledge of iFlows, adapters (SuccessFactors, OData, SOAP, HTTP, SFTP, IDoc), mappings, XSLT, and Groovy scripts.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors APIs (OData and Compound Employee API).
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP architecture, Cloud Connector, and security (OAuth 2.0, certificates, PGP).
  • Experience with SuccessFactors implementation projects and AMS support.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Preferred: experience with payroll, benefits, or time-tracking integrations.
  • Preferred: knowledge of SAP API Management, Event Mesh, or Integration Advisor.
  • Preferred: knowledge of standard EC → ECP integrations (BIB and PTP).
  • Preferred: knowledge of SAPUI5/Fiori development.
  • Preferred: SAP Integration Suite certification.
