About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise HR and IT teams on HR processes and design suitable SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions
  • Configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and support customers throughout implementation and rollout
  • Support testing, training and ongoing use of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite
  • Help operate global HR systems, manage releases and support international rollouts
  • Investigate system issues and propose improvements to HR processes and applications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in business administration, computer science or a comparable field, or a relevant vocational qualification
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant professional and project experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Experience working with HR organization
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is required
  • Very good written and spoken English and German
  • German language is mandatory for Switzerland applications
  • Analytical thinking and understanding of processes across applications
  • IT affinity and strong commitment
  • Willingness to develop skills and learn new topics
  • Willingness to travel for national and international projects
