About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute product operations processes including roadmap tracking, planning cycles, reporting, and delivery rituals
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively unblock product processes
- Use AI and automation to reduce manual operational effort
- Implement incremental workflow improvements
- Support weekly Programme Reviews by preparing inputs, recording decisions, and tracking follow-ups
- Support quarterly OKR planning and monitor progress and risks
- Plan and run user-facing surveys and synthesize results into actionable takeaways
- Support QA planning and coordinate feature-testing coverage across teams
- Monitor customer feedback and sentiment across channels and turn recurring themes into concrete plans
- Support weekly Product Health sessions and drive resulting actions
- Leverage surveys, customer feedback, and data to identify trends and insights
- Build reports and data dashboards for product performance indicators
- Communicate data findings to peers, managers, and stakeholders
- Coordinate Product, Design, Engineering, and other functions around goals and timelines
- Communicate progress and dependencies and help resolve misalignments
- Lead smaller-scale initiatives from problem framing through rollout and adoption
- Take on progressively more complex assignments
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in product operations, programme or project management, or a comparable role in a product-led organisation
- Hands-on experience with product and collaboration tooling, e.g. Jira, Confluence, and Notion
- Proven experience leveraging AI to automate workflows and reduce manual processes
- Comfort working with product data: pulling, interrogating, and presenting it
- Experience with an analytics platform such as Mixpanel, Metabase, or Looker is a plus
- Track record of running processes spanning multiple teams and functions
- Excellent written and spoken English
