About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and monitor KPIs
Continuously build, measure, analyze, and communicate performance indicators to improve management of the S&OP and GATE processes
Maximize demand accuracy and other departmental KPIs by analyzing variances and proposing solutions, contributing to improved service levels
Develop and build key S&OP and GATE management reports in Excel and Power BI, including charts and dashboards for communication to the company’s strategic leadership
Develop VBA, Power Query, and Blue Prism update macros for loading Power BI databases and preparing reports
Maintain a historical database of plans generated in each cycle and perform comparisons to ensure process governance
Influence demand figures in S&OP and GATE forums and throughout the monthly plan development and monitoring stages
Maintain interfaces with internal demand-generating customers, S&OP, Materials Planning, GATE – Service Management, Logistics Operations, and Procurement
Actively participate in GATE and S&OP meetings, including preparing presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience implementing Power BI reports using VBA macros and Power Query for data loading and refresh
Experience in Supply Chain, particularly Planning or Materials/Inventory Management, Project and Construction, or Distribution Network Maintenance within electric utilities
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills when working with internal customers
Experience developing Supply Chain Planning Models and/or Process Management
Experience in inventory planning and MRP parameterization, including safety stock and minimum/maximum stock levels
Experience with management tools, with the ability to identify root causes and propose improvements
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including macros, databases, pivot tables, charts, and dashboards; advanced VBA macro programming and Power Query skills
Knowledge of statistics, including mean, median, standard deviation, and related calculations
Intermediate knowledge of SAP ERP, particularly the MM module
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (certification is not required but would be an advantage), BSC, or other management tools
Proficiency with BI tools, particularly Power BI
