Key responsibilities & impact

Work in a target-driven environment to reduce debt across the assigned portfolio
Work toward cash-collection targets and reduce outstanding debt
Identify potential problem accounts and recommend accounts to be halted
Represent the company and its values professionally with customers
Accurately allocate cash to client accounts
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve aged debt and maintain healthy ledgers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, professional services environment
Proactive, solutions-focused, and results-driven
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with continuous improvement initiatives is a plus
Confident presenting information and attending meetings
