About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage all new business opportunities from inbound, self-sourced, outbound, vendor relationship, and referral sources from initial connection through close
- Manage discovery of requirements, proposal development, and commercial/contractual negotiations
- Grow revenue by qualifying inbound leads and managing them through the sales process
- Identify target companies and run outbound sales cadences to decision makers and influencers
- Manage relationships and identify opportunities to move into the sales process
- Build relationships with HubSpot sales, channel, and customer success teams to help close new customers and retain and grow existing customers
- Conduct discovery meetings
- Coordinate consultative proposition, commercial, and proposal development
- Build presentations and present solutions and commercials to prospective customers
- Respond to RFPs and tenders
- Negotiate commercial and contractual terms
- Conduct demonstrations of the HubSpot platform
- Develop plans to reach and exceed sales targets
- Record sales activity data in Huble systems such as HubSpot and spreadsheets
- Submit accurate forecast reports
- Report on activity levels and plans to reach sales targets
- Work with the Huble marketing team to generate inbound leads in the territory
- Identify ICP-matching prospects from alternative sources and manage outreach programs
- Use personal networks and existing customers to gain referrals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience and success in a B2B sales role in a digital consultancy, agency, or CRM software company
- Alternatively, experience as a team leader of a marketing/digital/CRM consultancy seeking to focus on solution design rather than delivery
- Technically minded, with ability to conduct discovery meetings without a sales engineer
- Experience leading the pre-sales process and accurately scoping technical deliverables for high-complexity projects
- Ability to conduct software demonstrations
- Experience negotiating with C-level executives from mid-market to large companies
- Confidence using the telephone
- Ability to build commercial solutions and proposals using a consultative approach
- Ability to present work and articulate succinctly
- Ability to drive and manage multiple internal stakeholders during sales engagements
- Domain expertise in digital and CRM
- Ability to prioritise and work autonomously
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent time and self-management skills
- Excellent communication, influential, and interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally and externally
- Legal right to work and current residency in Munich, Germany
