About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop project plans for CRM integration projects within HubSpot
Manage projects from discovery through implementation, UAT, change management, and integrations
Manage project scheduling and budget planning
Predict and allocate necessary resources with Resource Managers
Create and manage budgets reflecting scope and resource requirements
Complete, distribute, and store project documentation
Prepare briefs and resolve unclear or incomplete situations
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates aligned with client goals
Coordinate problem-solving and bring appropriate stakeholders together with urgency
Monitor client communications and ensure timely responses
Analyze project performance, identify improvement areas, communicate and manage project risks
Assess requirements, manage project scope, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Science, or similar field
Mid-level years of experience at a senior level working on systems integrations / CRM implementations projects
Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies, preferably with formal training
Experience in a Consultancy, Agency, or Software development organization is highly desirable
Passion for driving results and making things happen
Analytical problem-solving mindset and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments and navigate complexity
Strong interpersonal connections and resourcefulness
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Legal right to work and current residency in USA
