Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as an outbound Business Development Representative and first point of contact for prospects
  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through 60–100+ daily activities via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Spark prospect conversations, uncover pain points, and qualify leads
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to target strategic accounts and refine outreach strategy
  • Qualify leads based on fit, need, and urgency
  • Book high-quality discovery meetings
  • Meet and exceed KPIs for activity, meetings delivered, and pipeline impact
  • Receive coaching, apply feedback, and develop sales skills
  • Use HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI-powered tools, Slack, Zoom, LeadIQ, Google Suite, and ZoomInfo

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduating university students, with school and graduation date included for December/Fall 2025 graduates
  • Eagerness to grow long-term within a sales career path
  • Resilience, coachability, and openness to feedback
  • Curiosity and willingness to ask why
  • High personal standards and demonstrated ability to meet goals
  • Technological fluency and ability to adapt to new technologies and leverage AI
