About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive and execute retention campaigns that deepen loyalty to the Huckberry brand
  • Manage production of the Huckberry Newsletter, delivered to a community of 1M+ three times per week
  • Brief and guide creative teams through weekly cycles to deliver 3 emails per week and 4 SMS campaigns per month on time
  • Partner with Go-To-Market and Merchandising to source product selection, align positioning, and balance company initiatives with customer demand
  • Coordinate campaign feedback and streamline edits from stakeholders from planning through product launch
  • Own recurring reporting across email and SMS campaigns, using customer insights and seasonal merchandising trends to identify learnings and opportunities
  • Partner with the Retention Marketing Manager to design and execute A/B tests
  • Identify bottlenecks and establish scalable systems and workflows to improve launch efficiency, creative delivery schedules, and cross-team alignment
  • Report to the Retention Marketing Senior Manager in the eCommerce Department

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, digital merchandising, or lifecycle operations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-channel production schedules, track cross-functional deliverables, and hold creative/merchandising partners accountable to deadlines
  • Strong, clear communicator comfortable acting as the bridge between creative, merchandising, and marketing stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with top-tier ESPs and SMS platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Bluecore, Attentive, or similar)
  • High proficiency with project management and workflow tools (Airtable experience is a major plus)
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (primarily Google Docs and Sheets)
