5–7+ years in high-performing environments such as management consulting, venture capital/private equity, business development, or startup leadership
Demonstrated success driving ambiguous, complex initiatives to completion
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable briefs for different audiences
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Commitment to ethical practices and responsible business operations
Ability to work remotely, preferably from a major tech hub, with strong overlap with EST business hours
