Requirements
What you’ll need- Mission-driven operator committed to Human Agency's values and vision
- Self-managing problem solver who can work without hand-holding, coaching, or frequent check-ins
- AI-first mindset; use AI as a force multiplier
- Builder mentality; must have shipped something and attach proof of something built with AI to the application or cover letter
- Generalist with range across multiple areas
- 5–7+ years in high-performing environments such as management consulting, venture capital/private equity, business development, or startup leadership positions
- Demonstrated success driving ambiguous, complex initiatives to completion
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable briefs
- Commitment to ethical practices and responsible business operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Occasional travel availability (10–25%)
- Strong preference for overlap with EST business hours
- US applicants must be available for full-time employment; Canadian applicants must be available to work as independent contractors
