About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–7+ years in high-performing environments such as management consulting, venture capital/private equity, business development, or startup leadership positions
- Demonstrated success in taking ambiguous, complex initiatives and driving them to completion
- Outstanding written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable briefs for different audiences
- Mission-driven operator with deep commitment to Human Agency's values and vision
- Self-managing problem solver
- AI-first mindset; uses AI as a force multiplier
- Builder mentality; must have shipped something and attach proof of something built with AI to the application or cover letter
- Generalist with range across multiple disciplines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Commitment to ethical practices and responsible business operations
- Strong preference for overlap with EST business hours
- Willingness to travel occasionally (10–25%)
- Canadian applicants must work as independent contractors; US applicants are full-time
