Requirements

- Builder mentality; must have shipped something and attach proof of something built with AI to the application or cover letter
- Generalist with range across multiple areas
- 5–7+ years in high-performing environments such as management consulting, venture capital/private equity, business development, or startup leadership positions
- Demonstrated success driving ambiguous, complex initiatives to completion
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable briefs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Commitment to ethical practices and responsible business operations
- Strong preference for overlap with EST business hours
- Willingness to travel occasionally (10–25%)
- Bonus: experience in high-growth startups, venture studios, or AI/tech companies
