About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead AI transformation engagements end-to-end, from diagnosis through implementation
Serve as primary client relationship owner and remain accountable for outcomes
Develop transformation roadmaps grounded in client constraints and oversee implementation
Identify high-value AI use cases and prototype usable solutions
Build 0-to-1 products hands-on alongside client teams
Translate AI concepts, technical constraints, and strategic tradeoffs for boards, C-suites, and frontline operators
Contribute to business development, scope new engagements, and deepen existing client relationships
Deploy AI tools across internal and client workflows
Help shape Human Agency’s delivery practices, learning, and team development

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8+ years of experience in management consulting, venture-backed startups, product strategy, or a combination, with direct ownership over outcomes
Demonstrated track record of taking AI from concept to working reality in an organizational context
Fluency with foundation models, workflow automation, prompt engineering, and build-versus-buy judgment
Proven ability to lead senior-level client relationships, navigate organizational politics, manage ambiguity, and keep complex engagements on track
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in 0-to-1 product building and shipping something from concept to reality
Remote-first; US and Canada eligible
Occasional travel required for client engagements, company offsites, and key strategic meetings
Must attach proof of something built with AI
