About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Run AI transformation projects from discovery through delivery as the primary client relationship owner
Develop transformation roadmaps based on client constraints and oversee implementation
Identify high-value AI use cases and prototype solutions from concept to usable products
Build hands-on alongside client internal teams
Translate AI concepts, technical constraints, and strategic tradeoffs for boards, C-suites, and frontline operators
Contribute to business development and scope new engagements
Deepen existing client relationships as their needs evolve
Apply AI tools across internal and client workflows
Help shape Human Agency’s delivery methods, organizational learning, and growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8+ years of experience in management consulting, venture-backed startups, product strategy, or a combination, with direct ownership over outcomes
Demonstrated experience taking AI from concept to working reality in an organizational context
Fluency with foundation models, workflow automation, prompt engineering, and build-versus-buy judgment
Ability to lead senior-level client relationships, navigate organizational politics, manage ambiguity, and keep complex engagements on track
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in 0-to-1 product building and shipping real products or solutions
US or Canadian eligibility
Must provide proof of something built with AI
Bonus: Background in venture studios, high-growth AI or tech companies, or operator roles at the intersection of strategy and product
