About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead AI transformation engagements end-to-end, from diagnosis through implementation
Serve as primary client relationship owner and remain accountable for outcomes
Develop transformation roadmaps grounded in client constraints and oversee implementation
Identify high-value AI use cases and prototype solutions from concept to usable products
Build hands-on alongside client internal teams
Translate AI concepts, technical constraints, and strategic tradeoffs for boards, C-suites, and frontline operators
Contribute to business development and scope new engagements
Deepen existing client relationships as their needs evolve
Deploy AI tools across Human Agency and client workflows
Help shape delivery practices, organizational learning, and team development

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8+ years of experience in management consulting, venture-backed startups, product strategy, or a combination, with direct ownership over outcomes
Track record of taking AI from concept to working reality in an organizational context
Fluency with foundation models, workflow automation, and prompt engineering
Judgment to know when to build versus buy versus recommend against
Ability to lead senior-level client relationships, navigate organizational politics, manage ambiguity, and keep complex engagements on track
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience building and shipping 0-to-1 products
Must attach proof of something built with AI
US or Canadian eligibility for the role
