About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead AI transformation engagements end-to-end, from diagnosis through delivery
Serve as the primary client relationship owner and be accountable for engagement outcomes
Develop transformation roadmaps based on client constraints and oversee implementation
Identify high-value AI use cases and prototype solutions from concept to usable product
Build hands-on alongside client internal teams
Translate complex AI concepts, technical constraints, and strategic tradeoffs for boards, C-suites, and frontline operators
Contribute to business development and scope new engagements
Deepen relationships with existing clients as their needs evolve
Apply AI tools across internal and client workflows
Help shape Human Agency's delivery practices, learning, and organizational development

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8+ years of experience in management consulting, venture-backed startups, product strategy, or a combination
Direct ownership over outcomes, not just deliverables
Demonstrated track record of taking AI from concept to working reality in an organizational context
Fluency with foundation models, workflow automation, and prompt engineering
Judgment to know when to build versus buy versus recommend against
Proven ability to lead senior-level client relationships
Ability to navigate organizational politics, manage ambiguity, and keep complex engagements on track
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience writing executive briefs, running working sessions, and explaining technical architecture to non-technical stakeholders
Experience in 0-to-1 product building and shipping products or tools
Self-management and accountability
Curiosity about AI demonstrated through firsthand experimentation
Ability to manage both strategic perspective and detailed execution
Willingness to do what the work requires
Proof of something built with AI must be attached to the application
