About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and operate a venture from zero to one within the Human Agency studio
Set the framework and cadence for evaluating, funding, and scaling ventures across the studio
Run weekly studio syncs and serve as the accountability point across active ventures
Sell the vision to partners, customers, and investors and close deals
Deploy AI and agents as core infrastructure in everything built
