About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team throughout all stages of the sales process
  • Prepare commercial proposals using standardized templates, following the sales executive’s guidance
  • Conduct initial interactions with leads and customers when directed by the responsible sales executive
  • Request validations and approvals from partner manufacturers and follow up on responses
  • Participate in meetings with manufacturers and customers, recording discussion points, outstanding items, and next steps
  • Enter and update information in internal systems and partner and manufacturer portals
  • Keep the CRM and customer interaction history up to date
  • Track deadlines, documents, and outstanding items for ongoing negotiations
  • Monitor contract expiration dates and notify the responsible sales executive in advance
  • Organize the sales calendar and prepare monitoring reports
  • Work alongside sales executives to serve customers, liaise with partner manufacturers, and formalize negotiations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Management Processes, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, sales back office, administrative assistance, or B2B customer service roles
  • Experience using a CRM system
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, including intermediate-level spreadsheet skills
  • Intermediate English reading skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Preferred: experience with software, SaaS, or technology reseller companies
  • Preferred: familiarity with project management and automation tools
  • Preferred: experience using artificial intelligence tools in day-to-day work
  • Preferred: basic knowledge of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to record and organize information effectively
  • Sense of urgency and disciplined follow-up
  • Courteous and concise communication
  • Autonomy and proactivity
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
