About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Legal team with credit and equipment recovery
- Handle communications with delinquent customers through effective resolution, during both extrajudicial and judicial stages
- Contact customers to negotiate outstanding debts and arrange the return of equipment
- Monitor agreements and deadlines
- Assist with monitoring court proceedings
- Support logistics for equipment retrieval
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in collections or negotiation is a plus
- Knowledge of court proceedings is a plus
