Key responsibilities & impact

Build, deploy, and maintain human- and AI-driven telephony systems using Replit, Twilio, and Retell AI
Configure intelligent voice agents and routing pipelines across multi-organisation setups
Architect and engineer custom business tools integrating telephony, recurring billing, scheduling systems, CRM/ERP systems, and automated reporting dashboards
Maintain, develop, and optimise modern, fast, responsive interfaces and internal dashboards using Astro and React
Rapidly prototype features, deploy code efficiently, and automate workflows using Replit and Hercules
Manage HubSpot CRM data pipelines, including data flows, webhook handling, mapping, and conversion tracking
Analyse tool performance against commercial KPIs such as lead capture efficiency, scheduling utilisation, and system uptime
Maintain clean code standards, secure API connections, and safe data governance across custom internal applications
Lead the technical development and automation of internal and external business tools for a storage and logistics company

Requirements

What you’ll need

Philippines-based candidates
Proven hands-on experience building custom internal tools, workflow automations, or SaaS integrations with measurable business impact
Extensive day-to-day experience with conversational AI tools and sandboxes, specifically Replit and Hercules, alongside LLM API integrations
Deep technical familiarity with voice or SMS workflows via Twilio
Experience integrating AI voice layers with Retell AI
Frontend development experience with Astro and React
Advanced HubSpot experience, including webhooks, custom objects, data syncing, and API workflows
Ability to connect software engineering choices to business metrics, profitability, and operational scale
Experience with multi-location, franchise, or multi-organisation business structures highly regarded
