Key responsibilities & impact

Build, maintain, and edit custom company website code using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Develop custom PHP scripts, templates, backend functionality, and plugin/CMS extensions
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize PHP performance, database queries, and web forms
Configure and maintain Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Flow, Deluge, or Creator for billing and invoicing automation
Streamline recurring invoicing, payment gateways, reminders, and sales-finance data synchronization
Build, train, and deploy AI chatbots for client engagement, customer support, and internal queries
Engineer and automate AI prompts using OpenAI/LLMs for operational efficiency, email drafting, and content processing
Map, redesign, and automate business tasks, email marketing sequences, and cross-platform workflows
Integrate marketing, web, and operational platforms using Zapier, Zoho Flow, PHP, APIs, or webhooks
Produce technical documentation for PHP code, AI prompts, integrations, and automated workflows
Monitor, test, and debug automations and web infrastructure for speed, security, and reliability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Philippines-based candidate
Strong proficiency in PHP backend web development, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Flow, and Deluge scripting
Understanding of automated invoicing systems, billing logic, and payment gateway integrations
Experience building AI chatbots and optimizing AI/LLM prompt automation
Experience with APIs, webhooks, custom integrations, Zapier, and Make
Understanding of business process mapping, conditional logic, and database management with MySQL or similar
Proactive problem-solving and ownership from idea to deployment
Ability to translate non-technical business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent debugging skills and attention to data accuracy, web security, and workflow reliability
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams
Ability to align with Australian business hours, approximately 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Must disclose existing ongoing roles or client work
