About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct preparatory and auxiliary activities to develop Hunter’s business in an assigned territory
- Collect and communicate business-progress information to the regional team and next-level managers
- Share information with key accounts, clients, developers, and government agencies
- Grow relationships with key accounts, municipalities, and local government agencies
- Visit stakeholders to explain Hunter products for specification on projects
- Pass customer inquiries to Area Managers and help drive long-term partnerships
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Report market trends and provide regular reports and insights to management
- Increase Hunter’s contact with key accounts
- Report demand for Hunter products at various levels to support Hunter goals
- Attend trade shows and promotional events in the assigned territory
- Assist in collecting data for forecasts and market-data reports
- Travel as needed to accomplish goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Saudi Nationals only due to local Saudization requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year degree in business administration, marketing, or landscape architecture
- Minimum of 0–1 year of professional business or support experience within the irrigation, architecture, planning, or construction industries
- Knowledge of commercial channels, pricing, marketing, and distribution models within the industry
- Effective presentation skills, with the demonstrated ability to attain goals
- Ability to explain the features and benefits of Hunter products
- Knowledge of company and competitor products
- Knowledge of finance and budgeting processes
- Ability to prepare budgets and manage expenses within budget
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English or regional languages
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships and provide a high level of customer service and support
- Willingness to travel extensively, live in a strategic location within the territory, and work flexible hours
- Basic computer skills, including Windows programs, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management
- Valid driver's license and driving record sufficient to meet company insurance requirements
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid passport
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Knowledge of regional business and cultural practices
- Irrigation Association (IA) Level II certification with additional Level III certifications preferred
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
