About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the institutional sales team throughout the trade lifecycle, including onboarding, trade support, settlement coordination, and exception management
  • Develop and maintain trusted client relationships by delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, sales representatives, and internal partners, and may escalate client servicing issues
  • Identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex account problems
  • Coordinate and process account onboarding and maintenance documentation
  • Update and verify client account information and transaction details in relevant systems
  • Ensure compliance with standard regulations and processes
  • Deliver scalable, repeatable processes for accurate and timely handling of client requests
  • Maintain knowledge of products, services, systems, technology, policies, and procedures
  • Support Liquidity products onboarding, services, trading, system demonstrations, trade processing, and settlement processing
  • Collaborate on accurate and timely securities trade and settlement processing
  • Facilitate funds movement requests
  • Maintain desktop procedures and resources
  • Contribute to special projects, process improvements, service delivery enhancements, and scalable client experience initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 5 or more years of experience within Investments/Financial Services
  • Must obtain within 12 months of hire the FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63
  • 1 or more years of client service experience within Investments/Financial Services or related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of Broker dealer experience preferred
  • FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 preferred
  • Experience supporting institutional clients within a broker-dealer, capital markets, or investment services environment
  • Experience supporting fixed income, liquidity, or capital markets products
  • Experience with onboarding, account maintenance, trade processing, and settlement activities
  • Knowledge of broker-dealer operations, regulatory requirements, and client servicing practices
  • Experience with Pershing NetX360, Bloomberg TOMS, or similar industry platforms
  • Proven experience in client service, operations, or sales support within financial services
  • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Ability to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality results
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders
