Key responsibilities & impact

Design strategic and tailored Mac OS and hardware solutions for specific client requests
Anticipate problems and analyze ways to mitigate risk
Articulate the business value and impact of advanced technical and non-technical information and determine when to escalate issues
Provide advanced production support, including problem identification, ticket documentation, and customer/vendor dialogue
Document small- to medium-scale projects and deliver presentations with minimal supervision
Dissect complex situations and refocus on critical technology tasks
Provide Level 3/4 engineering support for corporate OS platforms
Verify hardware/software requirements and design and configure operating solutions for standalone and advanced systems
Analyze virtual and physical OS platforms, including configuration, monitoring, capacity analysis, and in-depth troubleshooting
Maintain current professional and technical skills
Keep abreast of current and emerging technologies and how they integrate and drive value for Huntington

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
7+ years of OS Platform Engineering experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Mac OS and JAMF
High degree of technical expertise/professional mastery to recommend process improvements
Strong DevOps infrastructure and application integration background
Ability to act as a technical lead for up to twelve engineers
Provide insight and support as the Mac SME for both hardware and software
