About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead small to large, complex initiatives improving operational efficiencies within the Wealth business
Assist with modernizing operational processes such as funds movement, account opening, and directed transactional activity
Work with the Business Innovation Team, directors, business leaders, National Practice Leads, risk, compliance, trust operations, technology, legal, and audit teams to develop improvement solutions
Lead teams to reduce or eliminate manual processing and improve efficiencies
Provide regular reporting to the Business Innovation Team and/or management
Collaborate with Private Bank businesses to develop front-office training
Deliver problem-solving support for larger-scale, complex business initiatives
Work with business areas to solve complex problems
Execute complex solutions that create business efficiencies
Organize data and lead teams in making timely, effective decisions
Communicate with teams, partners, and management
Lead and train colleagues on Business Innovation Team tools and processes
Serve as a go-to leader and collaborate at all colleague levels
Analyze complex data and drive teams toward objective conclusions
Quickly learn the wealth business to support solution execution
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma
6+ years of experience in Wealth & Investment Management or similar businesses
Experience with banking platforms, trust accounting platforms, digital solutions, and operations/systems integration
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Expert skills with Microsoft Office products
Ability to learn and develop problem-solving skills independently and through peers
Ability to work independently managing complex tasks and initiatives
Highly effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to interpret and explain data findings and communicate data-driven stories
Ability to provide leadership, guidance, and assist with skill development of junior team members
