About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide leadership supporting the development, implementation, and completion of small- to medium-sized projects
Work with business unit managers and project sponsors to establish project scope, deliverables, budget, and schedule
Support IT team business-segment goals by providing project management services
Assemble project teams and manage projects on an ongoing basis
Identify risks, implement changes, monitor progress, and communicate updates
Manage team members effectively and keep them informed of related issues
Ensure project deliverables meet customer needs
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of related experience
Scrum Master certification from an accredited institution (preferred)
2 years of experience understanding Agile methodologies (preferred)
Project Management certification from an accredited institution (preferred)
Proficiency with related software tools including Microsoft Project, JIRA, and MS Excel (preferred)
Highly organized, able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
Proven ability to create and analyze data to draw appropriate conclusions (preferred)
Able to deal with ambiguity and navigate complex situations (preferred)
Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
