About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Regional Presidents, Relationship Managers, and Credit Officers
  • Evaluate complex commercial real estate lending opportunities
  • Review and assess credit requests, providing analysis and recommendations
  • Partner with relationship management teams to conduct portfolio reviews
  • Identify opportunities, strengths, and emerging risks within the portfolio
  • Participate in portfolio review discussions and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Perform annual credit reviews and assign risk ratings
  • Contribute to strategic discussions and special projects across the region
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of Commercial or Business Banking Portfolio Management and/or credit experience
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent banking experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex credit decisions clearly and effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and financial analysis tools, including Moody's Credit Lens
