About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and maintain the enterprise Workfront roadmap aligned with business and operational objectives
Design scalable Workfront architectures supporting project management, resource management, intake, demand management, and portfolio governance
Establish platform standards, best practices, naming conventions, and governance frameworks
Evaluate new Workfront capabilities and develop strategies for workflow automation, integration, and digital transformation
Configure and maintain request queues, custom forms, project templates, portfolios and programs, dashboards and reports, resource management settings, and user permissions
Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, and compliance
Lead platform upgrades, releases, testing, and deployments
Design, build, maintain, monitor, and optimize Workfront Fusion scenarios and integrations
Automate workflows across Adobe and third-party platforms
Lead integration strategy with CRM, marketing automation, DAM, ERP, finance, collaboration, data, and analytics platforms
Define API requirements and integration patterns and collaborate with IT teams and developers
Assess processes, lead process-mapping workshops, translate requirements into technical solutions, and optimize workflows
Design executive dashboards, reporting frameworks, KPI tracking, and strategic insights
Establish governance, change control, documentation, security, audit, health assessment, and risk review processes
Advise senior leaders, lead discovery and solution design sessions, build business cases, and facilitate roadmap prioritization
Lead user adoption, training, enablement, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives
Mentor administrators, consultants, and analysts; provide architectural guidance and serve as an escalation point

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of Workfront administration, consulting, or solution architecture experience
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of Workfront Fusion design and development experience
Adobe Certified Workfront Administrator certification
Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise Workfront solutions
Strong knowledge of workflow design, process automation, and project management methodologies
Experience with APIs, system integrations, and enterprise software ecosystems
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Adobe Workfront Fusion certification strongly preferred
Experience in marketing operations, PMO, or enterprise transformation environments
Experience integrating Workfront with Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Marketo, Microsoft 365, or ServiceNow
Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and change management methodologies
Experience within highly regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or insurance
