About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and support the Product Roadmap and backlog, Epic/Feature definition, prioritization, enhancements, and sequencing for Run, Maintain, and Grow initiatives related to Salesforce within the Regional Banking Business
  • Act as a partner and conduit to the Salesforce COE, Digital teams, and Segment partners
  • Understand progress against Objectives and Key Results and target versus actual investment levels
  • Manage multiple teams of Product Owners responsible for delivering solutions within the product line, as applicable
  • Coach, develop, and mentor team members
  • Establish goals and performance expectations and manage colleagues to those expectations, as applicable
  • Lead by example and instill a culture of continuous improvement and delivery of value across teams
  • Report on progress against OKRs and investment levels across areas of responsibility
  • Support and translate Product Vision and align stakeholders to product initiatives
  • Own, define, and maintain Product Roadmaps, Product Backlogs, and Product Enhancements
  • Propose and verify timelines and establish priorities for Product Roadmap implementation
  • Define Epics and Features, map Features to Epics, and identify cross impacts
  • Drive MMP/MVP/Increment definition and coordinate User Acceptance Testing for Feature delivery
  • Organize and plan Feature Definition sessions or workshops
  • Use appropriate tools to create and maintain Epics, Features, and approvals while ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure teams understand business needs and consult with Product Owners to provide business context
  • Facilitate sharing of best practices, challenges, and innovative thinking across teams
  • Ensure all data for areas of responsibility is accurately captured in delivery tools
  • Coach and mentor peers, Product Owners, and Product Managers
  • Perform Product Owner roles as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Product Development, Product Owner, or Product Manager role
  • Minimum 3 years’ management experience
  • PSPO III or CSP-PO and PAL1 or CAL1
  • Strong experience with Business Banking, Commercial Banking, and/or financial services
  • Experience in aligning and developing AI alongside Salesforce or other systems is a plus
  • Experience building and leading high performing teams
  • Strong experience with user-centered design and usability
  • Strong critical thinking skills and creative problem solving
  • Ability to understand business strategy and translate that into alignment with Salesforce
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to communicate in layperson’s terminology to non-technical roles
  • Strong collaboration and partnership skills
