About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the development, implementation, and ongoing health of the bank’s Separation of Duties program
  • Align SoD standards, controls, and procedures with NIST guidance
  • Assist in leading and executing SoD standards, controls, and procedures in alignment with the NIST framework
  • Assist in leading development and implementation of process maturity
  • Work with the Program Manager to deliver Identity & Access Management projects and key deliverables
  • Partner with risk, application teams, application and entitlement owners, and infrastructure teams to identify, implement, and maintain Separation of Duties controls
  • Manage access conflicts, mature processes, deliver SoD matrices, and configure policies in SailPoint
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma
  • 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management
  • 4+ years of experience working closely with lines of business across the organization to understand roles, entitlements, and toxic combinations
  • 4+ years of experience gathering requirements and demonstrating successful delivery of separation of duties matrices
  • 4+ years of experience executing Identity & Access Management controls and processes
  • 2+ years of experience using and configuring SoD policies in SailPoint
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Preferred: CISSP or CISM certification
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or Information Security
  • Preferred: practical experience working within a banking function, risk management, or audit
  • Preferred: track record acting with integrity, taking pride in work, seeking to excel, being curious and adaptable, and communicating effectively
