About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development and delivery of sales performance metrics for sales expansion within CRB Treasury Management
Consult with the Sales Performance Manager and Senior Management to develop and deliver comprehensive reporting
Provide data deliverables and analysis for business sales teams and sales productivity analysis
Analyze data across Salesforce.com, internal production and billing systems, and other systems or platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Treasury Management CRB area to measure sales activity and opportunities
Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports
Process incentives and support incentive processes
Perform other reporting and analytics duties, including special projects and strategic efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree
5+ years analyst experience
Experience applying visualization techniques to internal and external data sources
Experience creating self-service dashboards for internal business partners
Experience processing incentive plans for a line of business/segment
Ability to document, dashboard, or process function lineage through job aids and/or guides
Experience with Salesforce.com, internal production and billing systems, and other systems or platforms
