About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct full-time analyst recruitment for Huntington’s development programs across the full recruitment lifecycle
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand program talent needs and candidate qualifications
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-potential early career talent
Establish relationships with universities, student organizations, career centers, recruiting platforms, and other sourcing partners
Coordinate and attend college career fairs, community-based recruitment events, and Huntington-hosted recruiting events
Review applications and resumes according to position and program requirements
Screen, assess, and communicate with applicants throughout the recruitment process
Organize candidate slates, interviews, offers, hiring activities, and program placements
Deliver a positive, timely, and consistent experience for candidates, hiring managers, and business partners
Support internship recruitment, intern conversion activities, and other early career program recruitment
Design, write, and coordinate communications and resources for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with HR and Talent Management partners on compensation, staffing policies, program requirements, communications, and candidate and colleague experience
Generate and analyze recruiting data to inform hiring needs, sourcing strategies, and process improvements
Monitor and evaluate recruitment results to improve program outcomes, retention, and conversion
Build job aids, presentations, process documentation, and other resources
Provide cross-functional support for early career programs, Talent Management initiatives, and other team priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
3+ years in Human Resources in a fast-paced environment requiring strong multi-tasking skills
Strong HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
Experience with MS Office
