About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acquire and develop new profitable and quality treasury management relationships
- Retain and deepen existing customer relationships
- Prospect for new business
- Handle product pricing and structuring
- Prepare customer proposals
- Build internal relationships with regional partners and relationship managers to drive treasury management opportunities
- Cross-sell other bank products and stay current on competitor offerings to suggest product improvements
- Proactively manage banker relationships through routine 1:1s, relationship plans, pipeline reviews, pre-call plans, partner plans, and joint calling
- Maintain and manage weekly and monthly sales results
- Enter weekly data promptly and monitor its accuracy
- Assist in outbound calling initiatives to offer new solutions and make Huntington the customer’s primary banking relationship
- Mentor other Treasury Management colleagues
- Serve as a positive change agent as Huntington evolves its products and strategies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Three or more years banking experience with a focus on treasury management/cash management
- Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent experience of 4 or more years in banking and/or Treasury Management in lieu of degree
- Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Three or more years of Treasury Management Experience
- CTP or other professional designation
- Ability to work in the North Atlanta suburbs / Alpharetta or Kennesaw, Georgia
- Exempt status: not eligible for overtime pay
