About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Follow the Vendor Program framework to ensure compliance with program management policy within the Equipment Finance credit policy
Ensure Vendor Program procedures align with the established framework
Work with the Vendor Program Manager and business leadership to approve vendor programs
Provide vendor program solutions and options
Identify audit processes and ensure reporting is developed and available for audit
Assess program profitability and align with HNB’s risk appetite
Assist with quarterly and annual vendor program monitoring
Test and implement business process and/or system modifications
Develop and provide user training for new and existing applications, products and procedures
Develop and update documentation supporting policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of Equipment Finance industry experience
Intermediary experience with Excel
Strong written and verbal communication
Strong customer service orientation
High level of professionalism
Knowledge or experience in negotiating and interpreting program agreement docs
Strong organizational, analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills
Ability to build credibility with leadership, team members, and business partners and establish effective working relationships
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
