About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain CRM records, pipeline tracking, reporting, and day-to-day sales administration
  • Support CRM automation, systems setup, integrations, and process improvements across sales workflows
  • Research target accounts, identify relevant stakeholders, and support lead generation and outbound initiatives
  • Maintain accurate opportunity information, track follow-ups, and keep sales activities moving forward
  • Assist with proposals, contracts, meeting preparation, client documentation, and other sales materials
  • Support vendor sourcing, quotations, purchase coordination, and other operational processes
  • Take on ad-hoc projects across New Business, Sales, and the wider business
  • Own recurring sales and operational processes
  • Keep CRM data, pipeline information, and sales activities accurate and up to date
  • Help the sales team stay organised and move opportunities forward efficiently
  • Deliver accurate and timely support across multiple sales opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and workflows
  • Take ownership of tasks from start to finish
  • Work proactively and independently

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, sales support, business development, or a similar role
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership
  • Comfortable working independently and figuring things out in an ambiguous environment
  • Strong follow-through and the ability to keep track of multiple moving pieces
  • Experience with CRM tools or sales operations processes (nice-to-have)
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales or commercial teams (nice-to-have)
  • Experience with prospect research, lead generation, or outbound sales (nice-to-have)
  • Strong spreadsheet skills and comfort working with data (nice-to-have)
  • Experience working in a startup, scale-up, or B2B SaaS environment (nice-to-have)
  • Interest in startups, AI, or B2B SaaS businesses (nice-to-have)
