About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with scheduling and coordinating leadership meetings, including meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up items
- Support preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for leadership meetings and business activities
- Assist with research, data gathering, and organization of information for special projects
- Support travel coordination, meeting logistics, team events, customer visits, and other business activities
- Assist with office management activities, including supplies, facilities, vendors, mail, and general office organization
- Support coordination of leadership lunches, meetings, and office events
- Assist with maintaining corporate records and administrative documentation
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Teams, and AI-enabled tools to improve organization and efficiency
- Provide general administrative and project support to the Business Unit President and leadership team
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to manage multiple priorities
