About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and develop the Business Readiness Team of six specialists
- Drive change management, training, deployment, and user adoption activities
- Manage team budget, resource planning, and external support when needed
- Support successful implementation of strategic Product Management initiatives
- Improve deployment processes and drive continuous improvement across the organization
- Build strong collaboration across Product Management, PLM, clusters, and business communities
- Strengthen the team's change management expertise
- Leverage AI to improve productivity, quality, and support
- Ensure organizational readiness for change, successful go-lives, strong adoption, and long-term business value
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience leading PLM programs and digital transformation initiatives, preferably involving Teamcenter, Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE, or similar platforms
- Proven expertise in business readiness, change management, communication, training, and user adoption for large-scale implementations
- Experience driving cross-functional deployments across regions, functions, and stakeholder groups
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse business communities
- At least 5 years of people leadership experience, including coaching, capability development, and performance management
- Track record of translating transformation initiatives into measurable business value and sustainable ways of working
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- English professional proficiency
- Swedish is a plus
