About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Investigate how customers evaluate leasing and service-based offerings
- Analyze why adoption differs between markets and customer segments
- Explore customer decision-making, adoption barriers, offer packaging, pricing logic and sales communication
- Identify factors influencing adoption of leasing and service contracts
- Compare customer preferences for ownership versus service-based models
- Assess perceived benefits, risks and barriers
- Develop recommendations for packaging leasing and service offerings to increase adoption
- Conduct thesis work addressing a live commercial challenge involving customer insight, offer design and sales execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- MSc student within Industrial Engineering & Management, Marketing, Strategy, Business Development or similar
- Interest in customer behaviour, value communication and commercial business development in a B2B environment
- Master thesis level: 30 ECTS points
- Starting date: January 2027
- Two students
