About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the main point of contact for suppliers
  • Coordinate incoming components and materials based on rolling 12-month delivery plans
  • Work with production planners and key stakeholders to secure reliable material flows
  • Use JD Edwards and Power BI data to create and present planning and decision support
  • Contribute to the development of planning processes and system support
  • Support the transition from manual ways of working toward JD Edwards and complementary systems
  • Follow up on issues and continue dialogue to resolve them
  • Report to the Planning Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering and management, or another relevant field, or equivalent competence built through several years of relevant work experience
  • Good understanding of logistics, material and production flows
  • Ability to analyse data and create clear decision support in Power BI
  • Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in material planning, production planning or a related role in manufacturing is an advantage
  • Experience with JD Edwards or another ERP or MRP environment is an advantage
  • Experience from a flow-based or otherwise complex planning environment is an advantage
