About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enable the effective operation and continued development of the AI Hub
Provide structure, coordination, governance, and transparent reporting across the AI Hub
Maintain the integrated AI Hub roadmap, including milestones, dependencies, risks, decision points, and progress
Design governance structures, success measures, and execution roadmaps
Own and develop the AI Hub Value Realization Framework
Develop executive-level narratives and board-ready materials
Own the governance calendar and support key forums with agendas, decision-relevant information, documented outcomes, and follow-up
Maintain and evolve a consolidated AI portfolio view with Product Owners and GIS/IT
Strengthen direction and collaboration across business divisions, Group Functions, and GIS/IT
Design and improve processes, templates, and working methods for planning, prioritization, delivery tracking, and benefits realization
Partner with Finance and Product Strategy on business cases and capital allocation
Own the Increment Preparation process
Report to the VP of AI Value Acceleration

Requirements

What you’ll need

A university degree in engineering, business, economics, or another relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, portfolio management, or transformation and program leadership in complex, cross-functional environments, or equivalent corporate experience
Demonstrated experience establishing governance, planning, reporting, and tracking business value and outcomes across a portfolio of initiatives
Experience operating at senior management level and engaging effectively with executive stakeholders
Structural and strategic thinking; ability to synthesize complex information and identify connections across teams, initiatives and priorities
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams without direct authority
Strong facilitation, presentation and written communication skills
Ability to design processes and frameworks balancing consistency, rigor and ease of use
Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint, including financial models, scenario analyses, and board-level strategic presentations
Fluency in English, written and spoken
