About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the bug and feature queue for internal tools
- Triage requests and prioritize by business impact
- Fix bugs and ship small features using AI coding tools
- Speak with tool users to understand underlying problems
- Improve end-to-end user experience, including confusing or slow workflows
- Test changes before release
- Identify and flag changes that could cause regressions
- Maintain documentation to accelerate future fixes
- Take on larger projects that improve business operations
- Work directly with the COO and CCO
Requirements
What you’ll need- Business-minded, with focus on why something is being built and whether it moves a business metric
- Product sense and user-first thinking
- Has built a side project, internal tool, app, automation, or similar
- Understanding of databases, APIs, frontend/backend connections, and dependencies when changing tables
- Careful testing and understanding of work before shipping
- Strong written English
- Fast, proactive, high energy, and self-directed
- 1–3 years of experience
- Experience with Lovable, Bolt, v0, Cursor, or Claude Code
- Startup or recruiting/marketplace business experience preferred but not required
