About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Global and Regional Revenue Management Leadership teams to drive key analytics and strategic priorities
- Develop tools, statistical models, algorithms, AI capabilities, insights, and strategies that support revenue optimization
- Support corporate, regional, and property Revenue Management teams
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels of the organization as a trusted business partner
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strategic agility
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization
- Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis, modeling, and automation
- Proficiency with AI-enabled analytics tools, including generative AI
- Advanced SQL programming skills
- Extensive experience working with relational databases
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and VBA
- Experience developing analytical models and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools preferred
- Experience with Alteryx preferred
- Experience with GitLab or comparable Git-based version-control platforms preferred
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) preferred
- Ability and willingness to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment
