Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop sourcing strategies
Analyze requirements and identify qualified suppliers capable of meeting business, quality, service, and delivery expectations
Lead competitive sourcing events utilizing RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, auctions, and bid processes
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, service levels, and commercial agreements
Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, labor rates, and industry conditions
Identify and deliver cost savings opportunities
Lead supplier evaluation and selection processes based on quality, service, cost, compliance, and business fit
Develop and maintain supplier relationships while monitoring performance and contractual compliance
Create and manage leverage agreements and strategic sourcing arrangements
Expand supplier networks and identify and qualify alternative sources of supply

What you’ll need

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or a related function
Experience supporting sourcing activities, supplier negotiations, contracting, or procurement operations
Experience working in a corporate, hospitality, shared services, or multi-location environment
Exposure to strategic sourcing methodologies and supplier management practices
Experience managing competitive sourcing processes such as RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs
Ability to understand business needs and develop sourcing strategies
Ability to analyze requirements and identify qualified suppliers
Knowledge of supplier evaluation, selection, performance, and compliance
Knowledge of pricing, contract terms, service levels, and commercial agreements
Understanding of market trends, supplier capabilities, labor rates, and industry conditions
