About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer user accounts, licenses, business units, teams, and security roles in Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform admin center
  • Configure entities, fields, forms, views, charts, dashboards, and business rules based on approved business requirements
  • Build, maintain, and monitor Power Automate flows and workflows
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 user support; log, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve CRM tickets
  • Perform data imports, exports, bulk updates, and duplicate detection
  • Support solution management across development, test, and production environments
  • Participate in testing Microsoft release waves, patches, and internal enhancements; document results and issues
  • Monitor system performance, integrations, and storage, escalating issues as needed
  • Create and maintain system documentation, configuration records, and user training materials
  • Deliver user training and onboarding sessions
  • Support reporting using Dynamics 365 views and dashboards, and assist with Power BI reporting
  • Follow company IT, security, and data governance policies
  • Champion Dynamics 365 users, solve access issues, automate workflows, maintain data quality, troubleshoot tickets, test releases, and create user guides

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform, such as PL-200, PL-900, MB-210, or MB-220
  • Associate degree or bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 1 to 2 years of experience administering or configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM or the Power Platform; internships and project work count
  • Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 security roles, data model, and customization tools
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel, Teams, and Outlook
  • Additional Microsoft certifications are preferred, including MB-230 or both MB-210 and MB-220
  • Experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI, or basic SQL is preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP integrations such as SAP and manufacturing or industrial customer service environments is preferred
  • Exposure to ITIL or ticketing best practices is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and time zones
  • Self-motivation and discipline to work effectively on-site or remotely
