About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide consulting services to design and implement software solutions for customers
- Gather business process and technical requirements from client stakeholders
- Design and build solutions by configuring application development tools
- Produce solution requirements documentation and demonstrate configured solutions or working prototypes
- Test configured solutions and resolve issues
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions
- Develop and execute migration plans into production environments
- Support customers through implementation and hand off information to technical support
- Monitor project budget, scope, and timeline
- Communicate issues to project managers and senior team members
- Contribute to infrastructure discussions and estimate design and configuration effort
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of scripting, system architecture, or relational databases applicable to enterprise software implementations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking capabilities
- Self-motivated, structured approach to managing multiple project workstreams
- Ability to apply sound judgement and escalate issues appropriately
- Flexibility to meet up to 30% annual travel requirements
- Experience with Alfresco or similar enterprise content management platforms
- Ability to configure, develop, and implement solutions in a techno-functional capacity
- Coding proficiency from basic to advanced, with Java preferred
- Working knowledge of .NET/C#, Python, or other scripting languages
- Broad real-world and industry experience
- Proven experience in customer-facing consulting or implementation roles
- Experience defining upgrade plans and executing software upgrades
- Understanding of infrastructure requirements across diverse customer technology landscapes
