Gather business process and technical requirements from client stakeholders
Estimate design and configuration effort based on approved requirements
Design and build solutions using best practices and application development tools
Compose documentation outlining solution requirements
Demonstrate configured solutions or prototypes to customers
Test configured solutions and resolve issues
Create training materials and conduct customer training sessions
Develop and execute migration plans into production environments
Define upgrade plans and execute software upgrades
Participate in infrastructure discussions to define system infrastructure needs
Monitor project budget, scope, and timeline

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of scripting, system architecture, or relational databases
