About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide assistance to sales solution engineers on standard customer engagements
- Participate in customer pre-sales meetings to determine technical requirements
- Identify and locate standard demonstration materials for client presentations
- Assist with presenting proposed solutions to key customer stakeholders
- Support validation and buy-in for recommended approaches
- Ensure demonstrations align with customers' technical needs and business objectives
- Participate in meetings with global services to ensure effective knowledge transfer
- Compose internal documentation reflecting solution-strategy activities
- Provide technical responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and events
- Collaborate with sales, services, and technical teams throughout the pre-sales process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Management Information Systems or Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the role
- Solid collaboration skills and ability to establish rapport, gain trust, and achieve consensus
- Ability to develop and use engaging, informative, and compelling presentation methodologies
- Clear and impactful written and verbal communication skills appropriate to the subject and audience
- Self-directed ability to manage projects to completion
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Up to 10% travel time required
- Passion for technology, emerging trends, continuous learning, and AI
- Commitment to growing expertise in enterprise software, pre-sales methodologies, and industry best practices
- Experience or coursework in enterprise software, content management, or business process automation
- Familiarity with RFP processes and technical writing
- Experience participating in or supporting trade shows, conferences, or industry events
- Curiosity and adaptability with ability to quickly learn new technologies, platforms, and solution frameworks
